    Excellent experience! I cannot find this flour anywhere locally, so having the option to purchase from Italydepot.com has been great! If you're going to make great pizza dough it starts with Caputo 00 flour!

    I use this flour to make dough to fire in our Forno Bravo woodfired oven. Stands up to the high temps (800+ degree oven floor). It's just great. The service from Italy Depot was great. I will continue to buy all my flour here!

    If you want to make pizza like a real Naples Pizzeria then only use Caputo 00 Pizzeria Flour (Blue)! Silky smooth, easy to work with that will make beautiful pizza. This flour better to use than bread flour, you will see and taste the difference.

    For most of my life I have searched for two things with minimal success: true French bread to buy or prepare, and New York Style Pizza to prepare at home. I may have stumbled upon both with the discovery of this flour. As far as the pizza, this flour is right on the mark to prepare an authentic crust. I will also see how closely it comes to making a French style bread in taste and texture.

    Very delicious! Makes all of my baked goods superb. Doesn't cause the bloat like USA flours do like Pillsbury etc.
