Shipping & Returns

Order Pickups

Our warehouse is located at 1275 Valley Brook Avenue, Lyndhurst, NJ 07071. Please note that we ARE NOT a walk-in store. All orders must be placed online and you will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday 10:30am - 5pm. If you are unable to pick up during our hours of operation we can also possibly arrange you to pick up at another specfied time that is more convenient. All pickups will be done inside our office. Please note that customers are not permitted to look through the warehouse for safety reasons.

Return Policy

We 100% guarantee that all our products, perishable and non-perishable, will arrive in the best quality and conditions if you choose 2nd Day or Next Day shipping. Any items you deem unsatisfactory due to damage or freshness can be sent back with a full refund including shipping costs. If no complaint is filed within 3 days of your perishable item's arrival, then no return is possible. Please contact us first about your complaint to get approval before returning any item. Any perishable products shipped with ground shipping are shipped at your own risk. Please be aware of temperature conditions and check our shipping page to calculate your expected shipping time. If an incorrect address has been submitted to us or if the customer was not responsible in picking up their package at the post office or with UPS; the customer will be held liable if their order is returned back to us. If this situation occurs the order will be processed as a return and the order will be refunded minus the shipping cost. Any perishable orders that have been damaged because of a return will not be refunded. Please be attentive when your orders go out and be sure to always track your package as it ships.


All of our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Lyndhurst, NJ using UPS or USPS. All perishable products are ice packed, cryo-vacked, and packed with insulation, in an air tight bag to ensure freshness upon delivery.

We offer three choices for shipping: Ground Service (Standard), 2-day (Prirority), and Next Day (Express). If an expedited shipping method is chosen your order will be prioritized before all other standard shipping orders and will ship usually within 24 hrs. We have the right to choose whichever shipping method is efficient for us to get your order by the expected date even if it differs from the one that is selected. Please note that any areas that are considered "rural" could take an extra day to arrive.

Any order placed with standard shipping can take 1-3 business days for your order to process and get shipped out. Please note using this delivery service does not guarantee delivery dates. It is strongly recommended that all perishable items, especially our gourmet cheeses use Next Day to ensure the utmost freshness. We are located in Lyndhurst, NJ so be aware of how long ground shipping may take to arrive. It is strongly recommended that orders outside of the Northeast use air shipping for all perishable goods. Shipping perishable items by ground to warm-weather locations is at your own risk. All non-perishable items are fine with any choice of shipping.

All orders are shipped Monday - Friday around 5pm and can take an average of 3 -5 business days upon arrival using ground shipping.
